REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

If there is any transaction issue with the product you purchased, and the product is undelivered. The Refund will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

If there are any further issues with payment methods, it is checked from our end then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

PRODUCT REFUND

If there is an issue with the product, you can write to us at setwinonline@gmail.com. Once the issue is reviewed and if it is unsolved, A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to 22-3-660, Azmath Jah Palace, Purani Haveli, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500002

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
